Using this website
The content of this site is intended as general information. We do our best to keep it current and accurate, but cannot guarantee it.
The AI scan
The scan gives an indication based on the questions you answer yourself. The outcome is not advice, not an audit, and not a legal assessment of your obligations under the AI Act. No rights can be derived from it.
The result is reachable through a unique link. Anyone holding that link can see the result, so share it only with those you intend to.
References to legislation
Where we refer to the AI Act or to the GDPR, we do so by way of explanation. It is not legal advice. Seek advice from a lawyer for your own situation.
Intellectual property
The text, design and the Stralue mark are our property. The photography on this site comes from public sources under a free licence; the attribution is recorded in the credits file.
Liability
We are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or from decisions based on the scan outcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
