Training and change management
AI literacy has been mandatory since February 2025. Programmes for board, management and operational teams, plus adoption.
Since February 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act has required every organisation deploying AI to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among everyone who works with it. That applies even if you only use bought-in tools. It is not a recommendation, and there is no lower threshold by organisation size.
We meet that obligation at three levels. The board and the supervisory board get what they need to decide responsibly and to supervise. Management learns to judge which initiatives hold up. Operational teams learn to work with the tools actually put in front of them.
Adoption is the part most often skipped. Licences nobody uses are the most expensive form of AI. We measure usage, clear the blockers, and make sure the new work fits the way people already work.
