Privacy statement
This statement sets out which personal data Stralue processes, why, and what rights you have.
Who processes your data
Stralue is the controller for data collected through this website. You can reach us at founders@stralue.com.
What we process
We collect only what you enter yourself, plus a limited amount of technical data.
- Contact form: name, company, work email address, phone number (optional), company size and your message
- AI scan: your answers, your sector, the size of your organisation, the goals you tick, the calculated score, and your email address only if you ask for the report
- Gated downloads: your email address, the language, which document you requested and when you opened it. Basis: your consent
- Data subject request: your email address and the description of your request
- Technical: an encrypted representation of your IP address and your browser user agent
Your IP address is not retained
We do not store raw IP addresses. The address is hashed with a secret key before it is stored. We use that hash solely to limit abuse of the forms; it cannot be reversed back to your address.
Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry. Basis: performance of, or steps towards, a contract
- To send you the AI scan outcome if you ask for it. Basis: your consent
- To protect the forms against abuse. Basis: legitimate interest
- To meet legal obligations, including the AI Act
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for at most 24 months after the last contact. Requests for gated documents are kept for at most 24 months after the request. Scan results without an email address are kept for at most 12 months. If you asked for the report, we keep your result and email address for up to 24 months after it was sent, so that we can follow up. Data subject requests are kept for as long as we need to demonstrate that we handled them.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use hosting within the European Union. If we engage a processor in future, we will record that in a processing agreement.
Analytics and cookies
By default this site sets no analytics or marketing cookies. Nothing loads until you consent to it. See the cookie policy for details.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. We respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
Changes to this statement are given a new version number. The version in force at the moment you gave consent is recorded alongside that consent.
