Our proposition

AI only pays off once strategy and execution connect together

Only 6% of organizations capture substantial value from AI. We have made visible how they do that, so that you can leverage AI for growth and cost reduction. We start with setting an AI strategy that will actually work for your business. Not just fancy slide-decks, we deliver executable plans and roadmaps. Need support in executing the strategy? We are here to guide you through the full implementation, from organizational redesign all the way to use case development.

Frequently asked questions

What mid-sized organisations ask us most.

Short, concrete answers to the questions that come up in almost every first conversation.

How long before AI delivers anything?

It depends on the initiative, and anyone who gives you a timeline without knowing your processes is guessing. What we can say: the use cases that pay for themselves in mid-sized business have high volume, a repeatable pattern, and an outcome you can measure. Miss one of the three and it is an experiment — which is fine, but do not present it as a business case.

What does AI literacy mean in practice?

That the people working with AI understand what the system does, where it goes wrong, and when to intervene. In practice that means three different programmes: the board and supervisory board need to decide responsibly and supervise, management needs to judge which initiatives hold up, and operational teams need to work with the tools actually put in front of them. One general session for everyone rarely meets the bar.

Do we need our data in order first?

Not in general, but yes for the use case you pick. Waiting until "the data is in order" defers every initiative indefinitely, because that moment never arrives. The workable order is the reverse: pick one process with a measurable outcome, and put in order the data that process needs. It is often narrower than expected.

What is the difference between a fractional AI lead and an adviser?

Responsibility. An adviser delivers advice; a fractional lead takes ownership of the roadmap, the governance and the vendor choices, and answers for the outcome. It is meant for organisations that need direction but not a full-time Chief AI Officer, and it should be finite: we agree up front when the role becomes unnecessary.
